CUSTOM SOFTWARE / LESS REPETITION, CLEARER WORK
Custom business software and workflow automation in Armenia
Replace repetitive handoffs with internal tools, clear data flows and integrations built around your team’s real work. Start with one well-defined process.
When this service helps
- The same information is entered repeatedly into different files and systems.
- A process depends on one person remembering each step or forwarding messages.
- Off-the-shelf software does not fit your roles, approvals or reporting needs.
What changes for your business
- A shared view of the data and task status your team needs to work together.
- Defined roles, validation and handoffs instead of undocumented workarounds.
- Integrations that reduce agreed manual steps while keeping review and exception handling visible.
What we can deliver
- Process map, data model and acceptance criteria for the first workflow.
- Internal web interface with agreed roles and access controls.
- Integrations with approved APIs and existing systems where available.
- Validation, audit requirements and error handling appropriate to the workflow.
- Test scenarios, deployment documentation and a support handover.
The final scope is agreed in the proposal; integrations and ongoing support are specified separately.
How the work moves forward
Observe the workflow
Trace one process with its users, including exceptions, existing permissions and data ownership.
Build a focused version
Agree a small useful scope, review working screens with staff and validate the integrations.
Introduce it gradually
Test with representative data, confirm who owns each step and agree training and maintenance.

Questions before you start
Can you automate our spreadsheets?
We first examine their structure, data quality and how people use them. Some tasks need a simpler spreadsheet change; others justify a shared tool or an integration.
Will the new tool replace all our systems?
Not by default. We prefer an agreed workflow that fits existing systems and permissions. Replacements or data migrations require their own plan and approval.
How do you handle access to business data?
We agree the data needed, authorized roles and environments before implementation. Testing should use representative non-production data wherever possible.
